At 31, i have decided for the first Time in my life to take a membership in a gym. I have of course done sport in my life but never in a gym. I have right now kind of a pudgy bj Penn physique but without being as strong. My aim is to get and look fit. For the moment when i go to the gym i just run and do some exercice but as i know nothing about wheight training, i dont really practise a programme plus the trainer at the gym showed me a move or two but He seems more interrested in the ladies than me.
I have been Looking in the internet but they are so many program than i am lost.
I have alreaddy lost 13 pounds in 2 month and i am quite happy but Now i want a programm that i can follow to get more fit and more muscular.
Any input?
Ps : i know peoples always ask this kind of question. but dont flame me. I just suck at wheightraining.
If not on iPhone a program on internet would be sufficient.
