trying to track how many calories you are taking in can be a bitch. thanks to myfitnessapp anything with a bar code is pretty easy to keep track of but some things you sort of have to guess.
for example I noticed I am way behind on my calories for today so I decided to have a snack.
myfitness has a bunch of different numbers on bbq pulled pork but a good average is 400 calories per cup.. well, thats great but I am NOT putting my pork in a measuring cup before I eat it...
so any guesses on how much of a cup that is?
