no, i went online with graciebarrahnl.com and got redirected to alliance bjj hawaii (prof. rex barnum). its weird because they still had a bunch of barra stuff on the page. heard some whacked stuff from friends about this school, none of my business too. thanks mad tiger, going to try and make it out later this week.

lol. It really was a lil more peaceful being the only one the island, despite the early, mildly immature animosity.
Somebody then opened up a franchise with plans of opening up many more. You guys reacted somewhat appropriately. There was just one small problem for the franchise and it needed to be eliminated. And we were. :)
This thread is full of crap anyway. It was just the setup for the announcement of the GBUH franchise into Aiea, since we got bumped. Dirty biz is funny as all hell.
None of us were gonna say anything about the change until Alliance HQ gives the announcement next week or so. I guess that kinda says who started the thread. Not like anyone really cared anyway.

Could you please elaborate on what El Presidentes reaction was when you announced that you were switching to their most bitter rival.
I wouldn't know. I'm not Rex. I cannot speak for him.
However, we still didn't announce anything and we didn't switch due to being in limbo for a period of time. Like I said in the previous post, we stood in the franchise's way of expansion, so we got bumped.
If it makes any difference, even as GBH we hosted many guests from all different schools, rivals and association allies. Despite the name we held, we still held our own and did our own thing. Be it right or wrong doings, we were just one small school in the upper section of Waipahu.
So where is the new Barra school going to be?
Wow lots of changes.My school is now Atos. Waiting for the Andre to give me the blessing to announce. My decision came after this years ADCC.
