Any news on Robson Moura series?

It is supposed to be available this month. I haven't seen any updates for awhile though.

on the thread lower on the page, from the producer...

"Robsons DVD are slated to hit the market mid February. I just proofed the set about two weeks ago and the set looks great. I do not think the masters have been shipped out yet for final DVDs. I believe the guys at WMA should have clips on line later this week. Ill let you guys know more soon..."

Ok, sorry, sorry and sorry again for the delays on the new Robson Series. Here is what happened: This 6 volume DVD set will be the first series that we have ever produced that will be delivered on duel layer DVD, instead of DVD 5. It basically the same thing but the discs hold more material. This allows us to put 2 volumes on one DVD. Many companies have already moved to this style of DVD format but we wanted to wait until enough people were able to play this format on the market. Not all players can play a duel layer, but we think most can at this point. This move to duel layer had caused a few delays to the project because we were waiting for the test to come back that these discs would function properly. While we were waiting, we did not even have a set for ourselves to create the video clips and place more info on groundfighter.

We should have clips online by this weekend and possibility of a pre-sale by sometime next week. Thanks...

How do you know if player will play dual layer discs?

I'm going to have to buy a new DVD player to watch this series. :(

You don't need a new DVD player to watch dual layer DVDs, in fact most movie DVDs are dual layer, thats why you sometimes notice a pause in the play during the movie.

Tucker is correct. Players that cannot play a dual layer DVD are very, very old players. If you can watch any new movie, then your player works.

Okay. Can't wait for the clips.

If anyone would like a chance to train with Robson in person, He will be teaching a seminar at my school in Chandler AZ on Sat. March the 8th from 12:00-2:00. The price is only $50.00.
