Any of you do lunges?

It's called a single leg squat, not sure why but i hate when a country name is in the name of an exercise. but yes these are an awesome exercise to do, probably the best non weightlfiting posterior chain work you can do. find a video showing proper form and do one set of 15 on each leg...then try walking away...just try it
