Any OGers ever have issues with dizziness

Been fucking plaguing me the last few weeks. Out of the blue I'll randomly get dizzy for a few seconds, like my equilibrium is off, then it goes away. I also am kinda foggy-headed/lightheaded during the day as well.

I know the general response is "see a doc," but I figured I'd ask the OG as well. Went and got a physical + bloodwork done by my normal doc 2 weeks ago, everything was normal. Saw an ENT yesterday, didn't like him, so trying to get an appointment with a different ENT.

Can't figure out if it's allergies, an inner ear type thing, or what (or a tumor but hopefully not a tumor!)

Oddly enough it kinda goes away when I do cardio (sometimes goes away when I lift), but it's at its worst when I'm just sitting on my ass

Little high, though not abnormally so

128/80 on the first visit, 133/77 or something on the second visit

My BP does run higher than normal though (in the 125-135 range for systolic)

I get dizzy when I fart too softly Phone Post 3.0

You can get dizziness from vascularity issues in your thick head. So yeah. Perhaps blood pressure issues..

Lol

No, I really know very little about the cardiovascular system or anything, so I wasn't sure what you meant by vascular

I've had the same thing. A little Valium helps even me out when I have the spells. In my case it's due to fluid in one ear. Cutting out caffeine, salt and alcohol help a lot.

Good luck. It sucks. Phone Post 3.0

Good advice. Can't they just drain the fluid, or no?

I suffered badly for awhile a year or two ago. Heres what I did, stopped drinking Monster energy drinks (drank 2 a day or more) and started drinking water heavily. All symptoms went away within 2/3 weeks.
