Highly recommend the book. It's awesome.

Val asked for permission to write about a time I took her to a Vancouver strip club to put in her book, still need to buy it, wonder if it actually made it in?

hey beer man, just a shot in the dark, i use to live in Burbank. Do you recall a dojo on Olive Ave. back in the 80’s -90’s called the Budokan Dojo, ran by Al Thomas? We use to grapple all the time even in the 1980’s(if anyone cares) Did you ever train there?
