Are elbows legal in MMA in illinois? Thanks.

Rule 4b, subsection C of Illinois Mixed Martial Arts Rule book states;

"In the State of Illinois, all competitiors in Mixed Martial Arts should have their elbows removed before entering the theatre of combat"

that's how you can tell pro fighters in illinois, their elbow joints have been fused together.
