Canada cup OCT 7th. Red Deer ab, Lindsay thurber high school.
Submission grappling, muay thai and pankration( controlled contact mma).

Right now we are leaning towards a no head-contact rule for mma, but if enough atheletes are interested we may allow may legalize some techniques to the head.
