Anybody here watching TUF Latin America?

Is it any good? Don't have fight pass so I forgot it even existed. How far are they in the season, and how's the talent look? Phone Post 3.0

I forgot it was still on tbh

Hahahahaha

For those who don't have fightpass you can watch new episodes on fox deportes on Monday night. Of course their's no subtitles but at least you can watch the fights which is all I watch TUF for anymore anyways. Last fight was pretty good. I think it was episode 3 but not sure. Phone Post 3.0

Great season lately, I'm enjoying the change in cultures. The cast are pretty goofy which is entertaining. Phone Post 3.0

I only watch the fights but so far Mexico is up 4-0 and I thought the last guy and one of the other Mexicans looked really good. Phone Post 3.0

I was watching, but I think I'm done with it now.

It's become quite obvious this is just a showcase season for the Mexican fighters. The other Latin Americans just are a level below. It's worse than the Canada Vs Australia season as far as matchups go.

how many people are watching several weeks into the season?

I just watched the last 2 episodes and have it set up to dvr the rest of the season. Missed the first episode but unfortunately it seems like Dana duped me into thinking it was going to be amazing again. It's only 2 episodes but Dana said that every fight was amazing and that the whole casts was so hungry and went after it. Hopefully the season will pick up but the Latin American team looks totally outmatched right now. Phone Post 3.0

i was wondering about ratings, since they trumpeted the premier's viewership but have been silent since.

My bad. Maybe MMALOGIC will chime in with some words of wisdom. But only if those words are of the good variety. Phone Post 3.0

I am. So far so good, Mexico is up 4-0, none of the fights have been boring so far. Phone Post 3.0

Is it true that Werdum speaks better spanish than Cain?

Yes Phone Post 3.0

I watch it on Fight Pass and yes, it's been a great season so far. As many of the other posts have said, the Mexican fighters are ahead of the fight game versus the Latino America fighters.

Werdum is an excellent coach and you can tell he's getting frustrated with losing.

Cain's Spanish is okay but you can tell he hesistates when he speaks Spanish. It's not as smooth as Werdum.

Not a bunch of grab assing going on in the house except that The Mexicans love to swim with only their underwear. Not one of those guys believes in swim trunks.

Thought it was a good idea to take them to a live fight and lucky for them, they witnessed Dillashaw's destruction of Barao. You can tell those guys have dreamt of fighting under the UFC lights.

Great season so far of focusing on training, the fights and some house banter. Not much drama going on, just the occassional fridge war.

It's good Phone Post 3.0

Yeah it's alright. Fights have been lopsided for the most part. Mexican guys seem to party and have fun and the Latin American guys don't like it. Phone Post 3.0

Well... I missed the 5th episode, but I guess I will catch it on monday.

But here are some nice numbers. According to this source:
http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2014/8/30/6086971/mma-news-tuf-latin-america-debuts-strong-ratings-ufc-180-sells-out

TUF Latin America got 7.2 million viewers on Televisa's Canal 5. While TUF 20 got almost 3 million.

http://www.mmafighting.com/2014/9/17/6351857/nearly-three-million-watch-debut-episode-of-tuf-20

And the tickets for UFC180 (22k seats) were sold out in 8 hours. So I guess Dana wasn't wrong when he said that Mexico would be another Brazil.

We just need some fighters XD

After watching TUFs in Chinese and Portuguese, it's a breath of fresh air to watch TUF in my native language. I'm enjoying listening to the different accents and the fights have honestly been good. I recommend it to everyone
