Nogueira came into the octagon and hugged Anderson with tears in his eyes? That is pure friendship, there is no fighter I enjoy seeing get a win more than Nogueira. Such a class act, a man who truly loves the sport and has been put himself through hell so many times in his career but always comes back strong.
Its strange how my allergies were kinda kicking up last night, I normally dont get it at this time of the year.

I thought it was the onions being chopped in the kitchen but that may have been it.
I woke up my friends 5 yo when Nog got the sub. Seeing him and Anderson win in the same card in Brazil was a special moment. No allergies but I was drunk. 
It certainly got a bit dusty for me.
Or it was the onions I was chopping at the same time.
Or it was my allergies that were acting up at the same time.
Sand being kicked up.
Big Nog has a pure, unadulterated warrior soul, and I got adrenaline-induced chills when he won.
I really don't think there's another fighter as universally loved as Big Nog. You can see the special bond with his team, but even more than that, it seems like everyone he interacts with walks away respecting him.
There wasn't a better feeling that seeing him get the sub win.

I wonder how long these guys have been close friends because Nog is from BTT and Anderson was with Chute Boxe no? I thought these 2 teams were rivals at one point in time.I think I remember hearing Anderson say after a loss early on he was going to retire but nog convinced him to stick at it and took him under his wing. Without nog silva would never have stuck around long enough to get to UFC
and something about Big Nog not fighting for Pride unless they let Anderson fight.
