Have never been KOed and didn't get rocked at most took a couple hard clean shots felt totally fine but whr. I went to bed that night when I layer down and turned to the side the world started spinning it would stabilize after 15 seconds but would happen a few time every time I turned in bed. Doesn't happen while standing or up right. Anyone experience anything like this? 
Could be a mild concussion. It doesn't always take much.
See a doc and don't get hit for a couple of months, and see if it does away.
Happened to me often at night, If I had a run that day. Diagnosed with BPPV, cause was the inner ear.
Went away by itself after about 6 weeks of cutting out any exercise that causes small shocks to the head, like running.
Same thing, dunno. See a doctor
Thanks everyone for the input like some people mentioned it's probably due to a conclusion. Hopefully it goes away if it doesn't I'll go to the doctor next week

i was in a car accident once and had ear damage, and ever since it is easy for me to get the spins whenever something affects my ear, due to the fluid that controls your balance being right inside the ear canal. maybe your ear is sensitive to shots to the area.
sometimes when i would lift and tense up too much i would get dizzy too.
