meal 2- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup mixed Berry's and 1 scoop of protein
meal 3- 130g of plain chicken 1 cup of peppers
post workout meal-130g plain chicken 60g of plain basmati rice 1 cup mixed vegetables protshake.
40 min of fasted cardio 6 days a week after my workouts
