14 months into my program

Lol!! I am a broken down piece of shit. My lower back is always going to be a problem. Felt well enough yesterday morning to do pullups and chinups but could feel pain with every step while jogging after my son last night. Still was a little tight this AM but after deciding to do my pushups, dips, and bodyweight skullcrushers my shit is fucked proper again. Could feel it just doing the first set of pushups. I've really gotta do better about not pushing through certain pains and let my body fully heal before resuming exercise. Fuck

Dudes.. I'm in the best shape in a long time. Maybe 2 years or so. Diet has been really clean! Protein intake has been good. Doing this cycle:

 

Test 500mg wk

Tren 300mg wk

Anadrol 50 ED

 

This has been for last 4 weeks. I started Nolva this week. I'm always paranoid lol. But this ester of Test has me hurting super bad. Like I can't train. Walk. Nothing! My whole ass cheek is sore as fuck! What do!? I'm hurting bad. I've done 50 different types of test. Never had issues. The ester is MCT or something. 

Sounds like whoever made it used too much BA.

get too a bikram yoga studio or a hot yoga studio that does a similar series of poses. give 100% to every second of every pose for the entire class. you will fix your back and if you literally give your entire soul to the workout you will leave feeling like you had a psychedelic  experience. I have done lots of drugs. acid, mushrooms, dmt etc. so this is not bullshit. if you give even 95% of your effort you will not reach this state. Go in knowing the classes are incredibly hard and with the heat borderline too uncomfortable to finish. that's the feeling you will get it you give it your all. very few people have the ability to push their body to that level that is required to reach enlightenment but when you do ... I would exit the class after it's done and just turn the shower as cold as it goes and stand under it for like 15 minutes paralyzed for the exhaustion. I fixed a bulge disk in my back in 30 days. 30 classes in 30 days. then I resumed lifting and hit a PR about a month later. a doctor told me not to workout  for 8 weeks. I took a week off and started smoking weed for the anti inflammatory and pain relief right before class. did not take any pharmaceutical drugs. You can fix your own body if you have the will to do it through hard work. just like you can build your body the same way. how bad do you want it? enough to be totally pain free? some people dont. just a little less pain overrides the will to work to really fix it l. you know what to do . hope this makes sense.  I ate a gram of mushrooms and I'm too lazy to re read this.

I know some of you guys sprinkled this thread with miscellaneous meal prep tidbits here and there; but would you guys be willing to start a thread about meal prepping, or should I just go to reddit or something like that? My kitchen game is poor, but even making a few days worth of overnight oats and a big bowl of tuna w black beans and salsa for grilled sandwiches is paying dividends for me so far.

I'm looking to expand my horizons and would like to keep everything OG even though this site/app is a piece of shit that seems more and more to be run by slumlords of the interwebs. If one of you knowledgeable fellers doesn't wanna do it please steer me in the right direction at least. I'm doin thangs my brohams.
