Oh does anyone else not take any days off from working out? I hit it hard every day but this may be my mistake
Rest days are absolutely necessary especially when natty. If you dont want to take days off do something small like forearms, abs, calves, light cardio.
Listen to your body.
As for cheat meals I usually feel like a million bucks the morning after. Almost like I've replenished everything I've been depriving my body of.
