Killing time while waiting for the truck stop glory hole to have a vacancy? 

I kid, I kid. 

I'm nearing the end of my effort to add meat. Closing in on 180, and goddamn am I sick of eating and dealing with food. 

I lost 3% of body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle since my last check in. 

 

I should be getting my DNA test for food allergies next week.

Had a bad couple weeks, life happened, no gym, ate shit, gained fat, feel weaker.

Oh well, back at it. Not even gonna worry too much about my strength gains yet, just gotta get rid of all this fucking fat and eat clean and at good deficit.

Have family in, I cheated last night on my diet..back to it today though but I feel unusually drained..usually the day after a cheat night, I feel quite energetic but not today..odd

Oh does anyone else not take any days off from working out? I hit it hard every day but this may be my mistake

Sometimes you just need a day or to so you can recover. Recovery is just as important as putting in the work.

Rest days are absolutely necessary especially when natty. If you dont want to take days off do something small like forearms, abs, calves, light cardio.  

Listen to your body. 

As for cheat meals I usually feel like a million bucks the morning after. Almost like I've replenished everything I've been depriving my body of. 

One more cheat meal then in the final stretch with a carb and water depletion. Haven't done either in 20 years.

Tom Platz did a guest seminar a couple months ago at my gym. Super good dude. A bit eccentric but it's cool that he's able to cash in on his previous success.  

Where are we at boys. One week for me. Cutting all starches and replacing with greens. Will bump the fat and protein to offset the calories deficit. 

Not sure I'm where I was at last year but I'm close.

make sure you get a similar pose and lighting before and after shot for the carb/water depletion. interested to see if it makes you look better, or if you get a little flat from it. Doesn't really matter--a day or two back on carbs and water and it'll all be back.

Will do. I haven't done an actual water/carb in 20 years so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of weight loss. I lost about 15 pounds in three days back then and fucked myself up a bit. 


Gonna be more responsible this time.
