Anyone NOT use Otter Box?

Does anyone NOT use an Otter Box or a Lifeproof case for their smart phone?

Wife had an Otter Box but switched to Lifeproof. I've got an Otter Box because I like the belt clip. But leately I've been thinking of going minimalist, no case at all.

What do you guys do?

I had an otterbox . It was too big for me. Using a thin case now and it's fine. Phone Post 3.0

This

No case. I just don't drop my phone.

I had an Otterbox case. It was over-priced bullshit.

They claim it's made from polycarbonate (which is what's used for bullet-proof glass and shatter-proof lenses) but nothing made from polycarb should start chipping and breaking from a modest drop to the pavement. It just kept chipping away little by little until in about a month it was complete trash.

And I bought it from an authorized ATT store, so little chance it was counterfit.

Belt clip? Might as well bust out the fanny pack! JK, I use a Spigen case, it's sturdy enough for protection and drops but thin enough for my pocket. Phone Post 3.0

I don't use that shit Phone Post 3.0

I use a pelican case on my note 4 because there was no lifeproof/otterbox available for it. I like it alot and have dropped it a few times and it's definitely saved the phone. I'm so fucking clumsy I would be rolling with a cracked screen 3 times over by now without it. Phone Post 3.0

Don't use those Phone Post 3.0

I got an incipio case and I like it. Phones are big enough without an over priced suitcase around it.

dropped the cellphone off a 40 foot second story balcony at a concert.

Note 2 in defender case bounced and Phone was still on when I picked it up.

25 dollar case saved me at least 5 phones since I bought it 3 years ago

I used to use otter box but now I'm minimalist. Switching from iPhone to android saves a lot of stress knowing your phone won't break so easily.

Loved mine on my Note 2. They did not make one for my Nexus 6 so I bought some off brand and it works too but I do wish I had the Otterbox again.

never got the belt clip thing.

Occasionally I put the belt clip on so it can prop at an angle on a table for viewing of video.

I use a spigen. It's the best case I've ever owned. I've dropped my phone many times on many different surfaces and this case has held up. Phone Post 3.0

i keep mine in a plastic zip lock bag. it is a pain in the ass.

Thinner is better.  Otterbox's are retarded, it's like putting your phone in a laptop case and stuffing that in your pocket.

No case. I don't like them and have insurance on my phone anyway

Nope. Why would I want a giant phone? Phone Post 3.0

I used to swear by an Otterbox until I got hit by a car while I had my phone in my pocket without a case on it, not a single scratch on my phone. Fuck an Otterbox after that. Phone Post 3.0
