Sperry black belt that teaches at the armory in Jupiter? Also anyone who trains there do they have showers? Turns out my office is walking distance ti the armory and I'm dying to get back on the mat after moving almost 6 months ago 
Trained there for a week two summers ago. Guedes is awesome. Great teacher and a super nice guy too. Not sure if Rafael is still there but at the time he was the other instructor and he was great too.

Guedes is awesome. Solid, tough jiu jitsu like you would imagine from a Sperry product. He is out of town for a week and a bit though.

Trained at the armory while on vacation. Guedes was great but Joe Mullins is my hero. That dudes got life figured out!
Yeah I'm definitely gonna have to check it out there. Ive never trained with anyone from Carlson lineage all my training has been from Gracie Torrance guys so I'm pretty stoked about checking Guedes out
eduardo is as you heard a great coach and nice guy. perfect english and a really strucutred method of teaching.
i did camp for my fight vs james wilkes in ufc 120 i think it was.. in any regards learned a whole lot if your close by for sure go check them out.
