Anyone Use A Cooling Mattress Pad?

I have a tempura edit bed. Super comfortable, but it sleeps hot... Very hot... A friend suggested a cooling mattress pad. Anyone here use one? What are the results!?!? Is it noticeably cooler? Thanks. Phone Post 3.0
