I just brought a pair of grippers of a friend. I was wondering what are some good workout programs you can do with the grippers, and how much should you use them? Could using them too much potentially damage your hands?
Also, they are steel bars. What could you do to make it less damaging on your joints and skin?
Captains of Crush owns the sore hand. I started out with # 1 and was up to about 12-15 depending on how my hands felt, let a buddy borrow them and haven't seen them again. I'm going to reorder, but will start out with the trainer and work up from there. They are really hard on the hands but, they say that they're that way for a reason...to toughen up your hands so that when you get to the higher levels your hands can take the pain and strain. They are for real.
Thanks. I just have really rough hands with callouses all the time due to wieght lifting already. I don't really mind, but it does feel gross though if I am touching my hand and I can feel the bump and flakeness of the skin.
