Anyone use Joint Free?

Sup everyone,

was wondering if anyone uses Joint Free, or any other joint supporting
supplements. Do they help at all?

Old School

oops, i think the product is called Move Free.

thanks fishyfish.. i think i'll give it a try..

I could use a joint, free.

ta dah!

just be careful about allergies before you take the stuff. I discovered that i have a shellfish allergy after taking glucosamine...

Ive heard some good things about glucosamine but others have said it hasnt worked for them. Im glad someone made a thread about this as this year, my knees are starting to feel like shit! Ive never experienced knee pain before which is rare, considering I played basketball and football in H.S. and then moved on to boxing and eventually started training mma. I now get a shooting pain in both of my knees. Someone suggested shark cartilage. Anyone ever heard about that???

Tryed it. No luck.

A good fish oil works better for me

i like Hydro or Regs, but when I am out of money, I sometimes go joint-

Frankiscool beat me to the punchline. hahaha

you could try fish oil, glucosamine, msm, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid. Those are all supposed to help joint ailments in some form of way .

Got a coupon for move free in the paper. It has choindroitin, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and MSM.

Thats a lot of stuff. I may try it.

2nd day on Move free advanced with uniflex, joint fuel and MSM.
