Anyone working the holiday?

This only applys to people who its a holiday for obviously.

 

I normally have monday and tuesday off so unlike most peoples 3 day weekend I am going to have a one day weekend. But I am making overtime pay plus holiday pay so it could be worse.

 

Who else is working today?

yup. up here at the plant. no admin ppl. no contractors. AND im getting 8 hrs straight time plus 12 hrs time and a half so I guess its not so bad

My wife is working today and it's raining cats and dogs. I may be stuck inside all day with a 2 yo and a 3 yo. We will most likely burn this place to the ground. Phone Post 3.0

Yep we decided to have camp for the 4 kids who's parents don't have today off. Plus I'm sick as a dog Phone Post 3.0

I'm stuck working all night at a grocery store.

Deadline on Friday and I am taking a 10 day vacation.


Work today and we can take a day in the future so this is covering one of my vacation days.
