Are more WWE fans or Boxing fans into MMA ? ? ?

Just curious....What's YOUR background of the two ?

Are more WWE fans ordering UFC ppvs or is it the Boxing sports fans that are ordering ? ? ? ? ? ?

From my experience, boxing fans hate MMA. With Lesnar and Lashley crossing over, I'd say definitely wrestling.

Not sure which one has more fans, but Boxing definitely has more MMA haters.

Nowhere NEAR the insecure boxing hating mma fans that Ive met through the years.

Just my opinion..

 That is 100% correct.

I'm a fan of boxing and mma.  Started as a huge MMA and mostly found boxing boring, but then I started boxing myself became a huge boxing fan.  I'm more of a boxing fan than MMA fan now, but still enjoy both.

As well as the UG, I'm also a member of a couple boxing forums, and both sports have fans that hate the other sport.

MMA fans think it's boring because they don't understand the intricacies of boxing, which is funny becuase MMA fans hate people that boo when the fight goes to the ground and call them ignorant for not understanding the intricacies of ground fighting.  They think boxing isn't a real fight and just a pillow fight etc

Boxing fans think MMA is gay, and not a real fight because they spend a lot of the time hugging each other instead of punching.  They are also critical of the sloppiness of most of the punching technique shown by most mma fighters, which is a valid complaint.  Hands down, yeah that's partially to protect against kicks to the body, but if you've got your hands down you better be moving your head which most guys don't.  Also the lack of crisp combinations and preference from a lot of guys to just go 'bombs away'.

Both sports have their idiotic fans that just have blind hate for some reason, but overall I see more mma fans get worked up about boxing than the other way.  A lot of boxing fans just have the atitude of 'I don't like it, so I'm not going to watch it'.  MMA seems to have more people that despise boxing for some reason and feel the need to claim victory for their sport when a UFC ppv sells more than a boxing one.

Holy Fuck what a Good Post ! ! ! ! ! !

ITweakRashad'sNips - what was your former screen name because I am a fan of ya now.

I came from a rasslin' fanbase. I was a huge WWE/WWF fan during the Hulkamania era and during the Austin 3:16 era. I didn't pay too much attention to WWE other than those time periods and I don't watch now.

When the UFC first came out the only way I could follow it was through video rental and the internet. I was highly interested in the UFC in their early years but stepped back a bit during the cable-ban years. My interest rose again when Zuffa took over.

I was never a big boxing fan outside of watching the high profile matches.

Generally speaking I would say more wrestling fans are mma fans. For me, I was a fan of wrestling and boxing when I was a kid, grew out it wrestling still love boxing.
