I picked one up on ebay on the cheap, collecting it tonight, anyone used one before? the online reviews range from gods gift to fitness to completely useless lol.

yeah pretty much, honestly i was considering getting one as a bit of a fun addition to my home gym but the price put me off, then one popped up on ebay, unused for a fraction of.the price two minutes down the road from me, couldnt say no haha.
before anyone says a punch bag's better i already have 2. lol.
