If you are looking east valley there are at least 5 solid black belts running schools in the East Side right now. There should be 15 with as big as the population is out here. 
IF you want to get world class BJJ instruction then go and train with Gustavo Dantas and his squad of killers!

Closest to you I think would be Chris Lopez. He is a NU Black Belt and a good dude. I believe he is off the south 202 loop and Chandler. I could be wrong. Also look up Jay Pages.

First school I traned at while going to asu 2004-2007 great awesome place, now I'm moving back and can't wait to get back, my only reservation is the amount of no gi classes

Unfortunately yes lol but due to me and the wife splittin, I may be moving to chandler pretty soon.
I live in Mesa right down the street and trained there for two years. they are a good school but seemed as if the students who werent pros were a second thought but that was at the height when Bader,dalloway, simpson, steinbeiss , condit and varner were there it could be different now. They are also expensive.
Power MMA is Bader,Dalloway and Aaron Simpsons Gym. I never been there but I hear it's state of the art but really expensive.
I train at Southwest MMA with Santino Defranco(HES A G), Efrain escudero and some of the guys from the Lab ,Ben Henderson and those guys.
