Glass jaw would have been ko'd. His problem is and always has been his defense. His head goes up and back. This leads to clean shots on his jaw by heavyweights. Not many would be able to take the shots that have put him out.
Big difference from having a glass jaw or a granite chin. There is a lot of in between. Obviously he doesn't have a great chin but he has taken plenty of solid shots over his career that didn't ko or even seem to really hurt him. Someone with a glass jaw would just go out.
