Wrote a bunch of bogus checks at an event in Tulsa, Oklahoma November 1st at the Spirit Bank Event Center.
He then took off after the event and returned to Ft Benning, GA. He left a debt of over $10,000 to fighters and sponsors.
After the event he was contacted several times about all the bounced checks and has refused to return any calls. Now his phone has been disconnected.
If anyone has any contact information on E-5 (Sgt) Michael Lowry please hit this thread up.

Contact the Army CID (Criminal Investigative Division) at FT. Benning. Tell them the situation and they will look into it. They may require you to file a criminal complaint with the local law enforcement agency in your area first. I would suggest that anyway so that you can start the paper trail.
The State Attorney General may also be another resource you may want to check out.

I am working on that part with the DA. I figured I could expedite things with contacting his staff NCO IC or his CO.

Thanks TT but I already took that route and failed. Plus he is still in. He was here on Medical Leave and just returned to active duty. And about to ship out. I was hoping for some action before he deployed.
Call his CO Nco's will cover their other Non-com's(I think sgt in Army is NCO, I know you become NCO at Cpl in Marines) because their all enlisted Co's tend to be more about not looking bad so their less apt to cover someone. Granted you have to figure out what unit he is in to figure out who his Co's are, Call Ft. Benning someone will help you.
I already called Benning and they were not helpful. This pisses me off deeply because I was a former Marine Staff Sergeant and I NEVER screwed over another serviceman the way this guy has.

Are you certain is his active duty at Benning? I'm in Georgia and have called my buddy's at Benning, looking for him now.
