XcessiveZ - What exactly makes chara known as a freak athlete?I don't watch much hockey but I've never heard his name as some sort of freak athlete before.
He apparently did 35 consecutive pull ups this afternoon in training camp. For someone his size, that's ridiculous.

He's been considered one of the best conditioned athletes in all of sports for years. Dude does Tour de France type biking in offseason for shits and giggles
I wasn't being stupid with thread . I picked a freak specimen not a good, picked a fighter who can beat anybody on a given night as well get ko'd, and started fight with conditions that should favor chara
Harmon Whistler - Arlovsky takes it, but it'll probably be a lot closer than everyone on this thread cares to admit. Chara has a pretty diverse and experienced martial arts background and still trains.
Yah. You don't really see Chara fight. You see him hold people at the end of his reach and rag doll them. All the while he's laughing at the current fool tempting their fate.
But AA is a trained killer. Fight smarts would win it for him.
Chris67 - People on this site believe Ronda could take Ray Rice...what did you honestly expect from this thread?
Well I'm the one who started thread on OG in shock of people thinking Rhonda could beat him
I'm not arguing that chara could win. Just asking if rules in my original post, which half the posters didn't read, would put chara in a temporary position to catch AA or do enough damage to balance fight out.
Arlovski drops this 6'9'' man and if the hefereee didn't stop it there, then AA would latch on to one of his lanky arms or legs like he did against a 6'8'' man in under 60 seconds to win his first UFC HW title. My opinion.
That was pretty cool in that video how Chara and Laraque go immediately from the penalty box to dropping their gloves haha. Also cool to see the mutual respect they have on not punching on the ground when they have top position.
(ask Marcio pe de pano Cruz if AA is merciful to ground striking)
So under my rules how do you think do light goes? Starts with hand on jersey , ding ding round starts. Chara is going to try and extend him out, pull jersey over head, uppercuts and jabs with hand holding jersey. Does arvloski try to break grip immediately, trade blows, do what? He's not hip tossing big z anywhere . Chara is fucked once grip is broke. Can he get shots in before that ?
Mit - Arlovski would take him down and make him his bitch. One is a fighter...the other is a big hockey player.
The way you speak shows you know absolutely nothing about hockey.
As a Sens fan I watched Chara fight a lot, as previously stated his father is a former Olympic wrestler and Chara works out with him in the off season. Chara is a big, strong, well conditioned freak athlete but there is no way he beats Arlovski.
Chara may train MMA or whatever in the off season but Andrei trains year round and has been doing so for years.

That's fine. So answer about opening of fight with my rules in original post.
