Aryan Invaders, Yoga & Shaolin

I found this website which tells a pre-history of the spread of martial arts which links the early greeks and Yogis to the development and spread of at least one form of martial arts that we are all familiar with in one form or another. I'd like to hear your opinions on the historical accuracy of this site.

Thanks.

An unsubstantiated theory passed off as fact. Sure, maybe it's possible that happened, but there's really no evidence to support the conclusion one way or the other...

I would think that there would be evidence somewhere to support or refute these claims. The greeks tended to be very good at documenting there exploits. I know that Alexander the Greats ventures East are well documented, even if they are exaggerated. Thats why I posted this here, I was wondering if anyone else may be able to back up or debunk the claims in this Historical account.

I'd say it was made up completely by someone with a little knowledge. aka "the white axehandle"
