AS/400 Question...global password

WTF, What would cause an AS/400 to go down after a global password change?

Well, not the AS/400 but people who are able to log in.

They changed the password policy but after that, noone could log in except people through a VPN connection.

Lol, you are telling me. Customer's don't understand that WE DO NOT SUPPORT THE AS/400 AND YOU MUST CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOES. Hell, its in our contract.
