I turned down the job for fear of getting stuck in DC till I retire. I was chasing grade and decided I did not need it. I'm content with being a GS-14 for now.

nice.  they do some nice work.

did she ever replace her apprentice?

Fabb,

I did look into him and I guess from his website i didnt see anything that i would want on me. Not that it wasnt good quality it just didnt speak to me.

Check out http://instagram.com/mister_rong Phone Post

also if you are willing to travel to NYC  and you dont mind spending a little bit more for garuanteed better quality i'd do Kings tatto in manhattan or long island with Mike Rubendall.

i have no idea what his waiting list is right now but i'd be amazed if it's less than 3-6 months though

and in baltimore maybe check out read street tattoo

if you dont mind traveling north of philly and south of NYC to trenton NJ (it's really not as bad as camden or newark)

Joey Matissa at Kiss of Ink is a very good artist and can do almost any style.

he's done some small work on my wife before he got famous on (BEST INK) now he has a few month waiting list i believe

RUBENDALL is honestly one of the best int he world at tattooing.

The main guy I have in mind is David Sena.  His waiting list is several months as well.  I'd be patient if I ever got the funds for any of these guys.  I've been patient enough as is...

nice

i love this sleeve

and that black egg tattoo had to hurt

Look up Brandon Noetzel he is an OGr and a sick tattoo artist. He is also a fighter. His work is very good.
