So I have this asshole neighbor who is constantly having loud, late parties in his house. They never have any girls over from what I can see, just big sausage fests. I think that is causing them to act like bigger and bigger assholes as they have now taken to coming out into their backyard and shooting fireworks at my horses(they live in track homes but my property boards his house).
I try and confront him in front of his friends and he tries to act all tough and tell me they weren't shooting at my horses(despite me having it on video) and then he just turns around laughing, drinking his natty ice. Then when I try to confront him during the day when his friends aren't around, he hides in his house and won't answer the door(he doesn't work and lives of the gov and his piece of shit care is there so I know he is home). He is a fat hairry pussy who won't man up, the other night I got angry enough I through a rock through his window and he still wouldn't do anything about it.
I am really worried because I just bought one of my horses, a nice stallion cutting horse that is breeding stock and worth about $20k and now its becoming spooked to the point it will be worthless and I will have to get rid of it. Any ideas how to deal with this asshole?

if he is gonna end up causing you 20k in lost horse I would ( I mean hypothetically I have heard that some people) might just pay someone a couple grand to tune this fella the fuck up a few times. never say what its about but make sure after every party the very next day he seems to be having a misunderstanding with some random thugs. I think even the dumbest person will recognize the pattern and decide to chill the fuck out
