mid 30s

Early 30's.

Then i got married and had a kid and it all went to shit :)

Me at 18 would beat the living shit out of me now at 26.

But strength wise I could outlift 18 year old me.

My strongest was probably 22, me and my daughters mother broke up I was in the gym 7 days a week. Phone Post 3.0

Did competitive lifting from like 15-18. In college i lost a bunch of weight and was lifting for tone/weight loss, now i work in an office and got doughy.

Definitely 24. Got 500 on the flat bench, 405x9 on the incline, squatted 455 for 18 reps and deadlifted 405 for 18 reps.

I will get there again... Very soon... Phone Post 3.0

Probably 22-23. I was training to get certified by NSACA as well as ACE. Also it helped that I had been working out since I was 12-13 especially for football as I got older.

I hope to get back into the shape I once was (in my mid 20's now) Phone Post 3.0

19-21. I'm 27 now. I'm going to go hard this year and get it back and stronger. Phone Post 3.0

Mid 30s.  I believe all the current research supports this age spectrum.  Look at all the WSM competitors that are top ten, not many in their 20s or 40s.

Post your numbers.
Now. 20.

5'6 175.

May have to stop lifting a little bit to focus on bjj though.. Phone Post 3.0

I'll let you know when I get there.

About 23.

I'm 42 now. Still in decent shape, but 23 me would kick the shit out of 42 me. Phone Post

MrFluffyHippo - Definitely 24. Got 500 on the flat bench, 405x9 on the incline, squatted 455 for 18 reps and deadlifted 405 for 18 reps.
