I have heard 2 episodes on the Howard Stern show with you on as a guest. 2 questions, aside from what I heard on the air, what is his take on MMA and 2, I heard about a guy that apparently is a one tough MOFO that works at Score's that has some MMA background who I believe is a bouncer their - do you get a chance to meet him or anybody else off the set that are either trained in MMA or are advocates..
I am not sure if it is the same guy I heard about a month ago, but apparently this guy buddies helped 'explain' to his ex-wife's boyfriend not to mess around after he giving him fair warning. I think he said he did some jail time for that, but I believe he had mentioned something about his background being MMA related..

Igor is still @ scores. He is a Bad Mofo. Nice guy but very serious. He is much bigger than you probably would think in person.
Not to take anything from Frank and call him "lucky" but In my opinion I feel Shamrock was Fortunate the way their fight went Down. Without the freak knockout Frank may of had a much longer night.
yeah, it might have been a longer night, but he did slam him into
sidemount. so even if that doesn't put him out, he has to work his way
out of shamrock's dominant position.

Frank did more than just break Igor's collarbone. He also fractured a vertebrae in his neck and dislocated his shoulder.
