Im finally settled in framingham, absolutly fantastic job too. But I have a question.
Im looking at BJJ clubs in the area and one that really stood out to me for what Im looking for is GRACIE BARRA BOSTON BRAZILIAN JIUJITSU (sorry for caps just copied and pasted from the websight).
Its mostly gi and it has a belt system. I want to work on more pure jiujitsu now vs mma. A few times when I was training for that og grand prix I ended up with a black eye. Its hard to work as a nurse with the signs that youve been training strikes.
It also has kids classes for when my son is old enough to train. (due in september)

its less then 20 minutes away in newton and has a boat load of class time (great for me and my screwed up work schedule).

hey man. Well, Im slowly turning into a hippy. Starting yoga, in a heated room. saving for a downpayment on a prius, and looking at qualifying for the boston marathon next year.
and congrats on the fight, you guys had a war. more action than a lot of ufc fights IVe seen lately.
Boston BJJ is legendarily great.
