ok martinburke we agreed on the jaw strength thread that this forum need's more training info! so give us the low down on how you use to train for a fight. how much roadwork?, how many round's of bagwork, sparring,etc. how many push up's, sit up's, did you lift? don't be shy now let us know!!:)

hey what was your total time in the gym for your workouts?
whats your opinion about working out twice a day or about those guys that say they work out 8 hours a day? thansk for answering all these questions btw....crap Im late for class.
yeah I remember i was talking to couture and he told me thta he only works out 2 times a day. he consideres running and doing positioning drills as a workout. I think anyhting longer than an hour and a hlaf is too much. that and you cant go all out for any longer than that.
what would you recomend to replace jumping rope? i got some shin splits!
