We all hear about the big attendance at the Pride and K-1 events. I'm just wondering the attendance of Shooto's biggest show of the year?

I doubt it was that low. Rumina alone could probably sell out that arena. But selling out that arena is nothing like a sell out at Saitama Super Arena or Tokyo Dome.

I don't know about PPV, but everything is shown on TV in Japan. I've even seen listings for USWF events to be aired on Samurai TV.

Wasn't at the event, but watched it on cable TV. Todd is correct. The place did look really small and I saw many empty seats.
