Kobe Bryant says he plans to make his Lakers return in September
Los Angeles Lakers fans were dealt a huge blow when star baller Kobe Bryant was ruled out for the rest of the season last week because of a rotator cuff injury.
Kobe has since had his shoulder operated on and team sources suggest that he will be fit and ready for the 2015/16 NBA season. However, some reports have speculated that Bryant may just simply retire at the end of the season rather than attempt to recover from another long-term injury.
But while speaking in a brief interview with ESPN on Thursday night, Bryant revealed that he has no plans to retire at the end of the season. In fact, the 36-year-old future Hall of Famer insisted that September is his target for a return to action.
