Anyway, this is what I responded back to you:
"To be honest, I only did Yoga (when I actually succeeded with the water fast) because any time I worked out at all, I failed miserably (I'd eventually run to the refrigerator). So basically I would only recommend light Yoga (or just stretching) to keep the body nice and limber during the fast. The most I ever did it was 2 days though.
