He has fought at that weight in the past, and he could fight there again. He can diet, it is his job as a fighter.
He has said he will fight anyone, so he should. Not with a sizeable weight advatage either.
MMA is not a spectacle sport. So arrange a real fight. This is a simple and straightforward deal, so make it happen.
That would be interesting fight! No way in hell is George gonna take a dive. He would give it his all!
