While at the airport on his way to what he thought was going to be his next stepping stone towards the 155lb TKO title shot, Jay Estrada was informed BY THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER that he was not going to be flying to Canada today. "I'm sorry Mr. Estrada but you don't have reservations." "What do you mean?" says Estrada. "I'm supposed to go to Montreal and pound the maple syrup out of some dude and then party in downtown Montreal on their dime!" There has to be somebody that needs their syrup tapped in the entire country of Canada?" Fight fans, I regret to inform you that there wasn't......in the entire country. My sources tell me that Estrada even offered to give up 5-10lbs just to fight but again......no dice. As crazyhook posted yesterday, Estrada is no stranger to last minute changes but this is by the far the worst change yet. No plane ride, no hotel, no payday, no peanuts on the plane ride over. Nothing. I'd fight the dude but my 6' 240lb frame of twisted steel and sex appeal and 24" pythons wouldn't allow me to cut that low.....Even with a 10lb allowance.
