Here I was expecting a question about sharpening stones or some such.
Id probably go with something dull. I take a lot of cuts from my own work and I rarely if ever actually feel them, much like a razor. You don't realize you're cut until you see blood. But hitting bone hurts like hell... So something on the duller end with a very fine tip.
Exacto knife, butter knife, MAPP torch. Cut, seal, repeat.
