If you agree to a bet, and essentially give your word that you are partaking in said bet. And then turn around when you realize the bet isn't exactly what you wanted and pull out. Your word becomes shit.
Who is to say you won't pull out of the bets you currently have, because according to you, as long as it happens before the fight then its perfectly ok.
