let's say i have his right arm trapped. what do I do then? try to bring his chin to his chest? rotate my arms counter-clockwise?
should I keep him on his side or force him to his back? should I keep 1/2 guard or move to side control? should I sprawl myself out, so all my weight is on him?
Let's say you have your left arm overhooking his right arm. Take your right hand and push the back of his head so his chin touches his chest. Take your left arm, reach as deep as you can, and have your left hand grab your right bicep. Your right hand then goes up near his shoulder blade.
Now squeeze your arms into your chest as you drop your weight down. You should feel your left forearm bone cutting into his neck.
Keep in mind that this technique has its limitations depending on the length of your arms and the thickness of your opponent.
