Or someone that can point any of the UFC brass to Fight Pass. It is a disaster and a huge problem.
I got charged yesterday my $9.99 monthly fee for UFC Fight Pass, which is supposed to be access to the entire library of UFC, Strikeforce, WEC, Pride, and WFA fights. Right now I have access to:
2 WEC events out of 53
0 Pride events out of 63
0 WFA events out of ???
0 Strikeforce events out of 63
about 80 UFC events out of around 250
Additionally, almost all of the UFC events are only the main card. Very few have the prelims card, despite having a link to the prelims, it just has a corrupted video. The random single video prelims that are there are such low quality that they are pretty much unwatchable.
During the free trial, I didn't complain because it was free, so anything I got was better than nothing, but now that I'm paying for something that I am no where even near getting I want to make sure the guys that sold us Fight Pass at that press conference realize how empty it is.
No joke, the Obamacare website roll out was done better than Fight Pass, if you guys haven't looked at it yet, please do and look at it through the eyes of a customer paying. It's quite frankly nearing theft at this point with only about 10% of the promised fights on the site.
I'm pretty confident that the abortion of a roll out that Fight Pass has gotten will cost hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in lost would-have-been customer dollars. If you guys don't fire whatever imbeciles that are running this thing and replace them with people that have any clue what they are doing I'd be shocked once you get a look at how unfulfilled it is. It literally has almost nothing it says it is does and now people are getting charged for it.
He you learned how to string a coherent sentence together. Did you stop drinking? Good for you.
I agree with what you said. I too have paid 9.99 fpr this horseshit
Lol at people who gave zuffa their CC info

Yes, no exagerration. I'm paying for Fight Pass and have access to less than 10% of the content it says I would have and I'm not even touching on the atrocity of a design. I could live with a terrible design as long as I could muddle around and eventually find what I wanted to watch, but it quite simply isn't there. This is like paying for a 12 pack of beer and 11 of the cans are empty.

Umm, have you tried to get in touch with their customer service before shouting out to the CEO and Prez?

What is that going to do? The problem isn't a user issue, it's a systemic issue. Dana and Lorenzo obviously cared enough about this have a press conference about it, but I doubt they know what it looks like or is - maybe someone like Cindy could pass this thread along to them and they'll take a look. As the bosses, I'm sure they will shit when they see what was delivered based on their promises of the service. What is some schmuck making $10 an hour answering UFC customer service emails going to do about it? This is a big fucking deal from a business perspective and if Dana and Lorenzo aren't aware of this disaster right now, I bet you heads are going to roll for how much this is going to ultimately cost in people that quit/never join because of how shitty it is right now as a paid service.
I agree. I want whole cards, especially all the prides and dark age UFCs.
Let me bang bro -You are high if you think dana and Lorenzo are unaware of the current content on fightpass. You aren't telling them anything they don't already know.uniquetechnique -Let me bang bro -MMA Playwright - "No joke, the Obamacare website roll out was done better than Fight Pass..."

It's typical here..they want Dana or Fertita to post here. We see this all the time. :P
GameJunkie - I agree. I want whole cards, especially all the prides and dark age UFCs.
It's not a matter of want. That is what the UFC sold us and we aren't getting even 10% of it.
If they at least had some notice that kept us updated on progress it'd be one thing, but there's nothing.
From a business perspective this entire thing is nothing short of a cataclysmic fuck up and no one can deny that. Paying customers are being screwed by this big time.
Yea..you guys that are actually paying for Fight Pass have been sold Wolf Tickets. You are essentially paying $9.99 a month to watch an out of market fight card that Fox doesn't even want to air.
What a joke, exactly why I didn't sign up for this bullshit. Complete bait and switch

I completely disagree. There is NO WAY businessmen like Dana and Lorenzo know what is going on with Fight Pass and are just keeping quiet. You think the Fertita's run business like this? If so, they'd be the dipshits handing out porno cards on the sidewalks, not the guys making billions. Trust me, not even a junior varsity businessman would just let Fight Pass roll in its current form, they'd fix it fast and post some recognition and probably continue the free trial until it was up to speed.
I'm not trying to shit on Fight Pass, I'm trying to get someone that isn't an imbecile at Zuffa to take a look at it. I wish Fight Pass was what they advertised because I'd be a life time subscribed no doubt about it. If someone like me isn't far from cancelling, I can't imagine anyone will keep it in its current state.
Like I said before, there is no way the decision makers in Zuffa have visibility on the current state of Fight Pass in its paid customer format knowing what they advertised it to be, there's no possible way.
Fuck. I forgot to cancel this. Guess I got charged?
"We will not let you bang bro, Let me bang bro." - Dana
Per UFC's press release...LMAO!
For 9.99$ a month, subscribers will get access to the largest library of MMA fights ever assembled. 3000 UFC fights, 500 PRIDE fights, 600 WEC fights, 500 Strikeforce fights, and fights from other now-defunct promotions such as Affliction and EliteXC.
I'm not signing up till the full library is available and nothing less. I honestly don't believe you bought that shit Lorenzo was spouting at the press conference though.
Forget fight pass, forget ppvs, forget cable television.
