A show in Orlando will change your mind about Florida. Put at least one name on the card though.
A big card in Orlando would do great as far as attendance. Plus the Amway center is prolly the nicest arena in America right now. But it seems we'll never get a show in Orlando now.
I started a thread that got huge about bringing ufc to Orlando. South Florida is just too far of a drive for a lot of people. Orlando is perfect location. Perfect demographic and has a perfect arena.
South Florida is too far of s drive, wrong demo and that show did not have drawing power whatsoever to casual fans.
Don't throw FLA under the bus give us another chance. Sadly, I feel like the sunshine state wont get another event though.

It is unfortunate. There are several places in Florida that could be big draws, but after several lackluster experiences they'll never put on a good enough card there to bring people out.
Why hasn't the UFC gone to Miami? They're always in bumf*ck towns like Hollywood.
Its guys like you that are the reason Dana talks bad about Fla. Get your lazy ass in the car and drive 3 hours. Its way cheaper to drive anywhere in Fla then it is too fly out of state. The tickets were cheap and hotels in sunrise are cheap..you had your chance to support and you didn't that's the bottom line. Now you want to ask for them to come back to Orlando? Come on man!! And yes I'm from Orlando and drove down as did a few friends..
