This was the first thing Eddie showed at the seminar I attended. (Best seminar I've ever been to - go if there's one in your area. I'll let you know about the DVDs when I get 'em).

After the semiar, I started finishing the armbar about 50% more often, with less effort. Simple, awesome stuff.

The control is the most key part of it, but I'm a lowly blue belt. I'll leave it to Eddie to explain.
