Howardo, you had mentioned in one of the previous threads, that bakers cysts could respond to steroid shots. Could you please elaborate on that, as to what type of steroid, how many shots , etc. Anything you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Maybe surgery is not the only resort i have........thx!!

I've seen moderate success in using ultrasound to help break apart the cyctic formation. Obviously you want surgery to be the last resort, but the longer it goes without being treated the more involved the surgery and recovery.
