In a new era where every "reporter" wants press passes and after party access to get fist pose photos and be "friends" with fighters rather than cover them objectively it's nice to know we have Jack.
For every Ariel who cares more about their own level of fame and arrogantly uses their position as a bully pulpit instead of doing solid work; we have Jack Slack.
Jack doesn't insert shitty jokes or pop culture references in his pieces like he is auditioning for Cracked like everyone else in the business.
He doesn't try to get himself over but instead gives us something we aren't getting elsewhere because no one wants to do real work and fewer are capable of delivering the results.

Completely agree. The thing I love about Jack's work is that he is an educational columnist; every time you read one of his articles, there is always something to learn. Not many people in MMA media have the approach to writing articles couple with the technical knowledge that Jack has.
Keep up the good work mate, I might not have commented on every article you've written but i always read them when I see them.
