gotcha, thanks for the honesty for sure, although I guess you are a national champion.
ttt
not a national champion..have placed, but not national champion. National champs (or best national rep) make up the u.s. world team (i.e. Randy Couture won the greco world team trials)..National teams (atleast in usa wrestling) are made up of the top from each state, so it is quite redundant to say state champ and then national team since it basicly just means you are the best rep from your state (which is usually a posistion you win at states).
I think his only point was to say I dont exactly suck on my feet...Though I personally think I should be much better there. Submission made me lazy;)
I think after a few more fights and alot of hard training Quincy is going to be a force to be reckoned with.
Where have you been? We are waiting for you to toss us like rag dolls some more?
but u focus a lot on judo right? Where are you at in judo ranks?
from what i hear q is more of a no gi judoka i think w/ old school style
Quincy is just a pure grappler. Not a judo guy, not a wrestler, not a jiu jitsu guy, just a grappler.
LOL
Hey Q whats up man? What did you ever work out for training? Im willing to spar with you to help you get ready for some fights. Send me an Email with some info. I have a lot of spare time next week maybe we can hook up.

Judo isnt a style, its a way..My style is my own, the way is Judo.
I am on a diet and it sucks, I have 40lbs to go..lol. 185!!:) (fightsport reported me at 148lbs..they are great investigative journalists:)
so, you compete at 145?
Have you ever fought at 155? (what is your height?)
"Have you ever fought at 155?"
No, I havnt fought mma in a long time and when I did they didnt really have set weightclasses like they do now. It was nhb then. You just agreed to a weight and weighed in (they didnt have commissions, everything was on indian reservations or held illegally)...I think my last fight was at like 160 or something, I forget.;) I usually had to bulk up because they didnt really have smaller weightclasses and the only fights you could get with people my size was if you could find one and have a single fight on a card. They where mostly tournaments back then though so that wasnt easy to do.....I am 5'7" I can make 145 though..I have before for grappling stuff.
MMA has changed alot since I fought..The rules, the weightclasses, the time limits, restarts, etc..I fought my first fight nearly 10 years ago now.
how many fights have you had and what were the results?? Just wondering.
Looking forward to seeing you tear up some knees when you get back. Always a fan of a fellow leg locker.
Quincy: If you got down to 145/143, there's a lot of room for fighting in that weight class over in Pancrase/Deep, Shooto and Zst.
Thanks Q -- You're welcome in anytime. Best of luck to you and happy holidays.
Einux I'm 4-1 in mma..4 wins by submission, 1 loss by submission. I was just getting goin and was injured.
I look forward to seeing Quincy back in action.
From what I have been able to piece together, it looks like JJ is moving to train in Indianapolis (edit spelling). This begs the BIG QUESTION:
Will you be changing your screen name?
